As Director of Learning Transformation and Master Facilitator at Fierce Conversations, Ellen delivered high-impact keynotes and empowerment workshops to executives, entrepreneurs, and frontline leaders. Her work centered on helping leaders embrace the conversations they’ve been avoiding—ones that build trust, ignite performance, and drive cultures of authentic leadership and holistic empowerment.
